Responsibilities
Participates as a team member performing threat analyses based on knowledge on electronic warfare/intelligence systems and concept. Contributes to development of analytical threat models and provides functional guidance and direction to threat studies team in overall conduct of project(s). Work activities are performed under general guideline and direction. Supports team performing expert-level research and analysis of intelligence and related data support of threat studies. Provides advice, guidance and direction to threat studies team. Supports team providing other technical services such as computer software system design/development, installation and integration planning, testing, and support of a wide-range of systems that support intelligence functions. Meets with corporate and customer representatives project team members to facilitate and coordinate study activities. Conducts project briefings to assess study progress and to ensure consistency in meeting study objective. Participates in and manages the preparation of proposals in response to RFP's from potential customers. Assists other corporate representatives in related proposal development. Prepares, submits and presents reports and issue papers to customer representatives. Requires a detailed knowledge of threat/war doctrine and concepts and threat forces. Requires knowledge of advanced threat analysis technology in such areas as telecommunications, computer science, electronic warfare and/or nuclear/biological, or chemical warfare. Requires a detailed knowledge of Department of Defense and service level (Army, Navy, Air Force) intelligence communities, including collection methods and production resources and responsibilities. Requires skills and abilities in supervising the handling classified information. Requires working knowledge with military order of battle, chain of command and communications/information security. Requires strong knowledge of technology related to electronic warfare.
The analyst will support Offensive Systems analysis in support of the SCAR Program. The position is part of a team that requires scientific and technical assistance to analyze, simulate, design, measure, test, and evaluate offensive missile systems, subsystems, components, technologies, command and control assets, system support and maintenance equipment, and related items. The emphasis is to assess the development, physical characteristics, performance, vulnerabilities, and employment of offensive missile systems
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and 5 years of related experience or masters degree and 3 years of experience or PhD in relevant field
- TS/SCI w CIP is required.
- The Contractor shall analyze Government-provided offensive missile system program development information on the activities and operations of a country’s offensive missile systems related research and development (R&D), flight-testing, and production infrastructure. The analysis shall determine how the different facilities and organizations relate to each other and to the missile systems.
- Supports defense analytical requirements with enhanced scientific / engineering research, capability / limitation analysis, reverse engineering analysis / characterizations, facility and vulnerability assessments on foreign aerospace capabilities. Analysis, assessments and products include but are not limited to current and future foreign aerospace technology and systems such as aircraft, ballistic missiles, surface- to-air missiles, anti-tank missiles, spacecraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, and ground control systems to understand capabilities, vulnerabilities

Target Salary Range
