Peraton has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team in support of our Intelligence business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Partner with key business partners to drive results, act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders
- Maintain line of communication with the hiring team and candidates, with a focus on referrals and internal candidates
- Deliver an exemplary experience to candidates and Peraton's internal customers
- Provide guidance and expertise on attracting top talent that supports the hiring teams' strategic objectives.
- Manage the recruiting process from initial planning and research, including market intelligence and insights, to developing search strategies and determining timelines based on search complexity, to candidate identification, assessment, development, and presentation.
- Develop, recommend, and execute recruitment strategies that incorporates internal and external sourcing candidate pools.
- Explore the market best practices in talent acquisition and bring best practices and solutions to the organization.
- Maintains contact with hard to find skilled candidates using various communication techniques to keep the candidates interested in Peraton.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years with BS/BA (3 years with MS/MA)
- Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Technical recruitment experience in an agency, government contracting and/or corporate setting
- Experience in recruiting for all levels of active Security Clearances
- Strong candidate sourcing, networking and communication skills
- Competitive, energetic and motivated to exceed established recruiting goals
- A proven track record in identifying (sourcing) and recruiting qualified candidates
- Strong technical knowledge or aptitude
- Understanding of, and ability to adhere to, OFCCP compliance requirements
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Recruitment experience within the Intelligence Community preferred
- Experience with ICIMS preferred.
