Responsibilities
UI/UX EngineerCollaborates with the Web Developers to design intuitive user interfaces for DC3 portals, web sites that are usable across multiple platforms (desktop, mobile devices). Conducts field studies and user interviews/interaction; conceptualizes requirements and constraints; builds user personas and "clickable" screens; performs usability testing; performs user training research/analysis; performs accessibility evaluation; acquires user feedback (surveys, usability reporting, FAQ review). Performs UI/UX design for visualization and reporting, focusing on ease of use. Supports development of tests for UX and 508 compliance. Ensures test plans include all user roles and consider varying user access speeds and devices as needed. Supports development of functional tests, integration tests, and Quality Assurance Tests. Collaborates with DC3 directorates and stakeholders to create and execute UAT Plan that ensures scope of user roles, functionality, and other variables are tested and feedback is incorporated into the deployed system.
Qualifications
Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.

Salary Range
Salary Minimum: $57,500 Salary Mid: $115,000 Salary Maximum: $143,800 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.
