POSITION SUMMARY
This position for responsible for providing direct clinical care in a group setting for individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders participating in the ABHS program. Duties include developing group curriculum, facilitating multiple groups per week, and collateral documentation and communication.

SITE SUPERVISOR
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and use curriculum for ABHS group setting.
- Conduct initial intake assessment to determine most appropriate level of care.
- Facilitate multiple groups based on standardized ABHS curriculum.
- Complete discharge planning at completion of required group cycle.
- Complete necessary documentation, including group notes, Level of Care (LOC’s).
- Provide regular communication with collateral contacts.
- Engage diverse populations utilizing an approach that is person-centered and responsive to culture, gender, and trauma experience.
- Demonstrate ability to defuse emergency situations with non-violent crisis skills.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and limits with clients and coworkers.
- Maintain clear, timely, and presentable documentation.
- Participate in supervision and case conference as required by program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in license eligible behavioral health field.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in related field
- Professional clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred. Associate license required (MLSW, PC-A, MFT-A).
- Working knowledge of psychotropic medications and side effects.
- Ability to complete documentation in electronic health record system.
- Ability to learn new systems and programs quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others as a team.
