Location: San Antonio, TX and Greater San Antonio Area (Hybrid Role)

Compensation:

• 100% Commission Based
• Earn up to 90% Commission Split
• Monthly and Annual Performance Based Incentives
• Agents earn $50,000 to $135,000 annually

Agents are expected to:

• Represent the Perch brand to the highest level with customers and properties
• Show initiative in fully "nurturing" Perch provided leads
• Escort customers when necessary to view and apply at properties
• Communicate progress and stay organized by updating customer notes and statuses
• Effectively build rapport and communicate with customers
• Provide expedient search results and respect your customers' time
• Show a willingness to learn and continue improving
• Understand and adhere to Perch best practices

Pay: $50,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
