What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage Server position at Perdue Farms?
Position Summary:
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, efficient manner. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrating Service Standards at all times.
2. Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs.
3. Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training.
4. Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects Company practices.
5. Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so. Comply with Board of Health Standards.
6. Maintain high personal grooming and uniform standards pursuant to Graton Resort & Casino's policies.
7. Know where the MSDS booklet is located for your area.
8. Display knowledge of all emergency procedures.
9. Inform manager on duty of any Team Member or Guest opportunities.
10. Be familiar with cocktails and prices in order to fill any request for service.
11. Complete assigned side‐work and any additional task with high degree of teamwork.
12. Continuously observe and anticipate guests' needs in order to fill any and all guest opportunities.
13. Maintain a clean and well‐stocked service station including but not limited to all glassware, condiments, coffee and dry goods.
14. Comply with all cash and credit charging procedures. Know all cocktail and beverage pricing.
15. Must retrieve glassware, including but not limited to beverage glasses and bottles from Casino and other assigned areas.
