Core Responsibilities
· Administer the best level of care and service to our patients
· Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
· Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
· Receive complaints and resolve problems
· Manage time efficiently and effectively
· Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
· Prepare and submit weekly progress reports
· Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
· Communicate effectively with other managers and employees
· Open and close the shop
· All other duties assigned.

Qualifications
· High School Graduate or GED
· 1-2 years of supervisory experience a plus will train for a supervisory role. Industry experience a plus.
Working Conditions
Positions in this class require: typing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects while completing essential functions. This position is comprised of sedentary work, which involves sitting at a computer a majority of the workday; walking and standing are required only occasionally. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer screen, handling smartphone devices, and reading extensively. The office environment is climate controlled and little outside activity. Some travel and driving may be.
