Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated part-time Performance Coach to join our team at Perform24. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through semi-private training sessions, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism. With a set, recurring weekly schedule of 8-16 training hours, flexibility for weekend and some early morning or evening availability is required. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to pick up extra shifts, up to 20 hours per week, when needed. Alongside coaching responsibilities, you will also contribute to administrative tasks and participate in our weekly team meetings, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Duties:
- Actively coaching in semi-private format, one (1) coach to six (6) clients per session
- Make appropriate modifications in relevant training scenarios
- Engage all Perform24 clients/members/athletes in an encouraging, positive, and professional manner
- Proactively communicate regularly with coaches on progression, regression, and status of clients
- Attend weekly meeting
- Discuss training programs, services, and memberships with potential clients
- Capture and upload training content
- Facility cleaning duties before and/or after training shift
- Reliable communication with Perform24 staff via email and text
Requirements:
-CSCS or NSCA or NASM or NCSF or ISSA
- 4 Years of Strength and Conditioning Coaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt training programs based on individual client needs, progress, and feedback, while remaining flexible in scheduling and approach
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality
- Willingness to collaborate with other coaches and staff members to create a supportive and cohesive team environment, fostering client success and satisfaction
- Prioritization of client safety and well-being, with the ability to recognize and address potential risks or limitations during training sessions
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings and evenings.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
