We've had to expand our BDC Department, also known as a Business Development Center, and have Immediate positions available for career-oriented, Experienced, and Inexperienced Business Development Center Specialist, also called BDC Agents or BDC Representative. The Business Development Center Specialist is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, including inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles, internet leads, and providing general information.

Responsibilities
Business Development Center Specialist:
- Managing customer Internet Leads
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Answering questions about product, brand, and inventory
- Setting appointments for the dealership
- Making phone calls to Internet customers
- Following up with any unsold Internet prospects
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Proper phone etiquette required for this position
- Need to possess basic computer literacy
- Have a good driving record
- Substance screening required of all Performance Kings Honda employees
