The Mgr, Segment Marketing will develop, implement, and execute downstream marketing strategies to drive growth through key clinical marketing segments. This position will be responsible for identifying the critical needs and pain points in their customer segment and will take that expertise and knowledge to create plans and programs that will drive market share growth. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesOrganize and lead the creation of digital marketing calendar for the assigned segment to include input from ecommerce, brand, category and sales teams. Ensure the activities defined in the calendar are executed and socialize the plan and results to key stakeholders.Develop roadmap of continuous voice of customer research through commissioning primary and secondary research methods, both qualitative and quantitative in natureManage and maintain market intelligence research and continuous track emerging market trendsCollaborate cross-functionally to lead or participate in projects that require Segment Marketing support or leadershipDevelop a deep understanding of the customer personas and their business needs to inform go-to-market strategies in the assigned market segmentDefine the necessary content to be developed in support of customer engagementDefine specific communication needs for the customers in the assigned segment and work cross-functionally to develop and deploy content centered aroudn those needsIdentify, develop and maintain key industry and customer relationshipsIdentify key market needs for new products, programs, and servicesMonitor, analyze, and report out on relevant segment programs and sales trends on a monthly basisCollaborate cross-functionally to define sales incentives and promotions to support specific sales activities or to increase sales in the short-term.Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the assigned market segmentConfidently create and deliver presentations and executive summaries to audiences of various sizes within and outside of the organizationDevelop and deliver ongoing market segment-specific education to internal stakeholdersCreate and execute advertising, tradeshow, events, and industry sponsorship strategies needed to support segment growth goals Performs other duties as assigned Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field5 years of previous marketing experienceProven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative marketing ideasStrong communication and writing skills; ability to work across business lines, presenting to various levels of managementStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of productsHighly analytical to understand market segment trends to translate into actionable needsDemonstrates an organi
