Whatwill youdo
This position isresponsible for all daily communication on projects to clientinternal ProjectManagers
Thedaily sales interactions include project monitoring managinginternal VIP customers coordinating logistics to and from thecustomer final order processing while maintaining positive andstrong customerrelationships
Resolve customercomplaints; consult with production shipping warehouse or commoncarrier personnel to trace missing or delayedshipments
Analyzes andevaluates problems with communication and / or processes related toscheduling production orders through the plant and recommendssolutions
Provide customerresolution for complex installations restoring customer applicationand confidence in clientproduct
Ability tohandle and process customer complaints and concerns in aprofessionalmanner
Technicalexpertise analysis and reporting for customer complaints onproducts

Theideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills withthe ability to excel under high pressure and time sensitivesituations
Youwill need to be able to work independently as well ascollaboratively with a small Customer Servicedepartment
StrongCustomer focus : demonstratedability to develop and maintain positive customerrelationships
Must have thedesire and ability to learn products relevant to assigned customerbase

Strong Excelproficiency manage large quantities of data foranalysis.
