WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sourcing
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source a diverse pipeline of prospective candidates and send outreach
- Get creative with sourcing approaches to keep up with the changing market
- Craft thoughtful, empathic, and enticing outbound messages
- Own objectives around outbound conversion rates and outbound volume
Applicant Tracking
- Manage applicant tracking in Greenhouse by moving candidates through interview, offer, and reference stages
- Be the main point of contact for candidates, providing updates on advancement or rejection in a timely fashion
- Keep all job and candidate data within Greenhouse accurate and up to date
- Drive the hiring objective of Time to Offer by ensuring candidates move swiftly through the interview process
- Work cross functionally to ensure interview feedback is properly and efficiently recorded
- Ensure positive candidate engagement and experience and track this through candidate feedback surveys
Be The Expert
- Beat the drum internally on recruiting best practices to keep interviewers and hiring managers on track
- Become the expert on company culture and role focuses to share these details via message, email, and phone
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and develop good rapport to build a network for future roles
- Support broader Human Resources or organizational objectives as requested
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6-12 months of experience in sourcing, screening, talent acquisition, recruiting
- Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Calendar, or similar systems
- Confidence balanced with high emotional intelligence
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills with strong attention to detail
- Natural networker with a passion for engaging with people
- Fearlessness on the phone
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
- Positive can-do attitude with the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity as needed
- Default to thoughtful, humble, empathetic, respectful, and calm communication
- Never create drama and never operates with an adversarial attitude
