Warehouse Pick & Pack Team Member

Perishable Shipping Solutions, an Equal Opportunity Employer is seeking Warehouse Associates. The packing associate is responsible for preparation and packaging of E-Commerce orders for shipment. Various warehouse duties include picking product, assembling boxes, packing orders. Able to work in a fast pace environment, adapt to sudden change, and be responsible to take direction for warehouse supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Work on pack out line completing work orders for E-Commerce

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area

• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards

• Clean warehouse and workstations at the end of each shift including sweeping, dusting and mopping.

Qualification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Can follow instructions from warehouse supervisor

• Good communication skills

• Dependable and Reliable
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen

Physical demands and abilities:

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear

• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.

• May use a pallet jack to move materials through the warehouse

• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance

• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

• Wear the proper safety equipment

• Ability to work in cold storage environment with varying temperatures from -20ºF in the freezers to ambient room temperature

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $13.00 per hour
