The Service Depot Coordinator is responsible for various activities to allow the Service / Aftermarket Team to deliver products and services. The duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Interface with customers and/or other visitors to facilitate arrangements for training visits
- Provide support to team for training events
- Coordinate vehicle service for pool vehicles used by service
- Interface with building management for facility needs
- Coordinate repairs for any equipment in the facility
- Maintain office supply levels
- Assist Inventory Management and Shipping with activities and provide backup as appropriate
- Maintain reception role for general phone calls and visitors
- Assist Site Leader with special projects
The following are the requirements for this role:
- Associate degree in technical or business field preferred
- Written and oral communication skills are a must.
- Comfortable in a multi-tasking environment. There are some daily activities. But each day will have new requirements.
- Proficiency with Excel and Word

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
1 years previous experience in material handling, warehouse or distribution activity
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Business or Technical Field
Able to communicate concisely via email or messaging
This person needs to be detailed oriented and be able to confirm documents and process them to next function
Knowledge of SAP
Physical Requirements:
This position requires movement of crates with instruments. The person will need to be able to lift 50 lbs
