Commercial caulker

A well-known commercial construction company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual Commercial Caulker to join the team in Temple, Texas.

Summary :

Responsible for applying caulking and sealants to commercial buildings, ensuring the structures are watertight and energy efficient.

Your work will include both new construction and renovation projects applying caulk to exterior joints, windows, doors and other surfaces requiring a weatherproof seal.

A strong focus on safety, precision, and quality is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Apply caulking and sealants to joints, cracks and other areas to prevent water, air, and debris infiltration.
• Inspect joints and seals for gaps or defects and reapply or repair as necessary to maintain the highest standards.
• Work closely with other trades, contactors, and other project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure that work areas are clean and free of debris after completing the job.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 1-3 years of experience in caulking, sealant application, or similar construction role, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Osha 10 certified.
• Must have own tools.
