Job Summary
This is a “hands-on” position reporting to the VP Marketing primarily responsible for creating, updating and organizing collateral materials including literature, presentations, technical data sheets, swatch cards and marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce.com CRM system. The individual is also responsible for updating websites and all social media in addition to conducting marketing research, trade show coordination and other marketing projects assigned by manager. A background in digital photography and graphic design or experience using graphic design software is highly desirable.
Essential Functions
- Must demonstrate initiative to quickly develop a general understanding of all product lines as well as information about Aerospace and Rail markets including customers, competitors, seat OEMs and suppliers (cut and sews).
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for lead management and direct mail campaigns. Post all marketing materials to shared folders and maintain with latest revisions. Update system with competitive info and be able to understand and create specific queries and reports for analysis.
- Manage document (literature and presentations) and graphics/image library.
- Maintain consistency of Perrone brand/image across print and digital media (Folderize).
- Work with VP Marketing and sales team to update, develop and regularly communicate new marketing sales tools to the Sales and Customer Service teams.
- Conduct Marketing research and perform data entry/reporting to support monthly business review updates.
- Manage and maintain company websites and promote Perrone events and products via all social media platforms.
- Work with outside vendors such as advertising suppliers, printers, and consultants for the development and placement of marketing.
Education / Experience / Expectations
- Graduate of a 4 year Marketing Program or equivalent.
- Three to Five years’ experience marketing in a corporate environment (preferably in the manufacturing industry).
- Proven experience coordinating/managing trade shows.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Digital Photography experience a plus.
- Experience leveraging social media such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram including extracting performance analytics.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Experience leading teams through marketing project.
