- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community office
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

- Coordinate property maintenance requests and work orders using computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries or issues
- Upsell additional services or amenities to current residents
- Assist with leasing activities, including showing available units to prospective tenants
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
