About the Role
As Persona continues to scale our GTM operations, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help drive pipeline growth, uncover valuable insights, and scale marketing strategy through data analytics and process automation. You will work closely with the Marketing team to report on performance, generate insights across marketing programs, and drive operational efficiencies. You will oversee marketing technology and act as the data steward to ensure the integrity of our data and reporting.
This will be a highly cross-functional role, you will be partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Growth to identify and drive operational initiatives forward. Your ability to align various stakeholders, manage multiple work streams and dependencies, and build trusted relationships is paramount.
\n- Support reporting and operational initiatives across marketing to drive performance improvements and process efficiencies, including the creation and management of cross-functional project plans
- Onboard, maintain, and continuously optimize marketing tech stack, including Marketo, Qualified, Segment, Amplitude, Clearbit, and Zapier. Ensure interoperability and data integrity for accurate reporting and KPI tracking
- Manage implementation of new Marketo programs, including audience list creation, lead capture & routing rules, and reporting template creation
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revops, and Growth to continuously optimize lead upload, matching, and tracking processes to understand campaign performance, including source and influenced pipeline. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build and maintain a lead/account scoring model to drive improved lead quality and conversion
- Support reporting design and improve measurement capabilities to surface early performance indicators, trends, and track campaign ROI by connecting and leveraging data from various systems for a holistic view. Develop and maintain key performance dashboards in SFDC and Marketo to report on leads, opportunities, and pipeline performance
- Support Marketing on ad-hoc analysis to drive campaign efficiency and recommend opportunities for growth.
- 3 years of marketing operations or relevant experience in B2B SaaS
- Proficient in SFDC and crafting Salesforce reports. Experience as a Marketo admin
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Obsessed with data and process efficiency. Strong attention to detail
- Experience with modern marketing tools and solutions such as Zoominfo, Outreach, Qualified, 6Sense, Clearbit, Amplitude, GA, Segment. This includes active involvement in integrations and ongoing system management
- Experience managing ABM tools and operations is a plus
- Self-motivated, resourceful, results-driven, and able to work with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Equity
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $100,000 - $145,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission. Please note, the salary range is a guideline that is subject to change without notice.
