Inventory Clerk
Job Posting for Inventory Clerk at Personnel Resources
Personnel Resources has a client immediately hiring for an Inventory Clerk in Dothan, AL.
Pay will start at $14.00 per hour and will work a Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm schedule.
Duties:
- Bay checks of material and maintaining cutsheets. Facilitate purchasing of raw materials.
- Adding in new jobs as they are released and maintaining the drawing release log.
- Advance bill entry.
- Direct importing if Fabsuite files and manual inputting of data
- Receiving nuclear material and completing nuclear paperwork.
- Check drawings and make any corrections needed and post correction reports.
- Checking for rolled material and ordering material or CTL pipe.
- Purchase order entry, transfers, invoicing and charging out. Pulling tickets, receiving, and unreceiving.
- Assisting in shop calls and finding solutions for those calls.
- Running reports for pulling MTR’S (Material Test Report) and checking MTR’S, monthly inventory reports and nonconformance reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management or related field is preferred
- Excellent computer skills and prior experience with MS Office suite
- Prior administrative experience
