Human Resources Administrator - Payroll / Benefits Our Opportunity The Human Resources Administrator will provide hands-on support to designated geographic locations to include payroll, benefit administration, employee relations, unemployment, compensation and safety.
In addition, this position will assist the corporate HR team on corporate-wide projects and assignments. Key Duties Include Performs payroll-related functions including but not limited to processing new hires, termination status changes, tax changes, wage garnishments, deductions, and direct deposit.
Oversees maintenance of payroll records and files. Responds to routine inquiries concerning payroll deductions and accruals, wage garnishments, child support payments, and employment verifications.
Coordinates employee benefit programs. Prepares and maintains human resources and employee benefits data and reports. Assists with general office administration, duties and projects as required.
Key Qualifications 5 years' experience in payroll processing. Experience in an HRIS / Payroll system. Paylocity is preferred.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to convey confidence, empathy and trust via candor and diplomacy to build effective relationships across all levels.
Prefer experience in a construction or manufacturing environment. What’s In It For Me?
