Responsibilities :
- Provide world-class customer service to both internal and external customers
- Answer customer questions and inquiries via email and phone
- Schedule services efficiently based on customer needs and urgency
- Support both inside and outside team members with administrative tasks
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
Location and Schedule :
This position is located at our headquarters in Plaistow, NH during training. Upon completion of training, hybrid schedules may be available.
Schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional seasonal Saturdays.

Requirements :
- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
- Proficient computer skills
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
- Ability to learn and apply general knowledge of the company, products, and services
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously when interacting with customers
- Good organizational and time management skills, including punctuality
- Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 18 years or older
- Bilingual a plus but not required
Physical Requirements :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and occasionally required to stand, walk and occasionally bend or kneel.
Specific hearing and vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The employee may occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds.
