Job Title: Pet Butler Lead

Job Summary: As the Pet Butler Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team dedicated to providing exceptional pet care services, specifically focusing on pet waste cleanup and pet sitting in our customer's homes. Your responsibilities will include team leadership, accountability management, customer service, onboarding new pet care customers, training, and supporting staff, scheduling team members, route preparation and handoff, inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and actively participating in marketing and promotional activities both face-to-face and online.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Leadership:

• Provide strong leadership to the Pet Butler team.
• Set clear expectations, goals, and objectives for the team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Accountability Management:

• Establish and monitor performance metrics for the team.
• Ensure accountability and adherence to quality standards.
• Implement corrective measures as needed.

Culture Extender:

• Uphold and promote the company's values and culture.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Customer Service:

• Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered focusing on creating lasting connections.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in person, over the phone, and through email.

Onboarding Pet Care Customers:

• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new pet care customers.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new pet care clients.

Training and Support:

• Train new and existing staff on company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to the team.

Pet Waste Cleanup and Pet Sitting Services:

• Oversee the delivery of pet waste cleanup and pet sitting services.
• Ensure services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Scheduling Team Members:

• Develop and maintain efficient team schedules.
• Optimize routes and handoffs for maximum productivity.

Inventory Tracking and Supply Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Place orders for supplies as needed.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Actively engage in face-to-face and online marketing efforts.
• Implement promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of pet care industry practices.
• Customer-focused mindset.

Education and Experience:

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in pet care services is an asset.

Working Conditions:

• This position is primarily a Monday-Friday job, it may require flexible hours, including weekends to manage pet sitting services.
• Pet waste removal is outdoor work, we provide our service year-round in all types of weather, on all types of terrain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
