The Human Resources department is seeking a dynamic Human Capital Management (HCM) Analyst, ideally with recent UKG Pro experience, who can lead and assist with configuration maintenance, workflows, process documentation, BI reporting, data updates, and HCM optimization. This role reports to the Director of HR Services and will interact with the HR team, team members, leaders, finance, and IT ensuring HCM solutions are properly configured, maintained, and administered.
Responsibilities/Qualifications
The HCM Analyst will:
- Complete UKG Pro & UTA configuration updates and maintenance to meet required specifications.
- Prepare and distribute HR analytics and metrics, plus other dashboard, finance, and operations reporting.
- Participate in SOX and other audit procedures, controls, and reporting, .
- Rsearch and partner with the appropriate team members to resolve reporting/data entry discrepancies.
- Document internal processes, training manuals, and controls.
- Calculate/process monthly & quarterly field bonus programs.
- Assist with preparing data updates, imports/exports.
- Resolve UKG Pro & UTA job/update issues.
- Serve as the primary contact and liaison with UKG Pro.
- Function as UKG Pro SME & provide system training and ongoing support to HR team.
- Maintain security and safeguard confidential information.
- Identify opportunity areas to improve usage, data fields/set up, workflows, permissions, and reporting to drive increased efficiency, data accuracy and increase system utilization.
- Lead HCM module implementation, integrations, or system conversions.
- Lead data mapping/API process to ingest employee file history into UKG Document Manager.
- Lead system updates and coordinate and test system changes and upgrades.
- Own UKG Pro Homepage user training & documentation updates.
- Provide backup support as part of the HR Services team, as needed.
PAWsome HCM Analyst candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree HRIS/Information Systems, Business, HR or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in data management, HRIS/HR & Payroll technology and analytics, or HCM applications.
- UKG Pro experience strongly preferred (Core/Payroll, UTA, Onboarding, File Management, Performance Management, Compensation).
- Experience building HR reporting & dashboards. BI/Cognos reporting experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups and formulas.
- Strong process/workflow and documentation skills.
- Effective communication, listening and analytical skills.
- Proven time management skills and follow up.
- Adaptability to change and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Ability to consistently provide superior customer service.
