The Human Resources department is seeking a dynamic Human Capital Management (HCM) Analyst, ideally with recent UKG Pro experience, who can lead and assist with configuration maintenance, workflows, process documentation, BI reporting, data updates, and HCM optimization. This role reports to the Director of HR Services and will interact with the HR team, team members, leaders, finance, and IT ensuring HCM solutions are properly configured, maintained, and administered.
