Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR, accounting and operations teams to identify problems and find solutions.
- Manage company budgets and forecast expenses.
- Oversee hiring process from job description to recruitment and selection.
- Develop, implement and evaluate strategic plans to improve the company’s finances, performance, efficiency and staff morale.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain favorable terms of business as well as manage budgets.
- Review and approve employee compensation packages including salaries, bonuses and benefits.
- Create employee job descriptions, assign tasks, evaluate results and maintain records.
- Review market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
- Recommend changes in policies, procedures or tools (e.g. collect feedback from employees).
