Position Purpose

The Lead, RMN Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives focused on our retail media assets. This role will involve identifying and cultivating relationships with key clients, developing customized advertising solutions, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:​

• Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities, identifying, qualifying and securing advertising revenue from both current and new clients.​

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and partners, serving as their primary point of contact.​

• Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet their needs and drive results.​

Sales Strategy and Execution:​

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the retail media space.​

• Conduct sales presentations and pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our retail media offerings and secure new business.​

• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.​

Market Analysis and Insights:​

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in retail media to identify new opportunities for revenue generation.​

• Analyze market data and sales metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies.​

Collaboration and Coordination:​

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.​

• Provide input and feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives, helping to enhance the value proposition of our retail media offerings.​

• Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide mentorship, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.​

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.​

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in media sales or account management

• Strong understanding of the retail industry, including market dynamics, consumer behavior, and advertising trends.​

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.​

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.​

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth from small to medium sized businesses some of which have never advertised with a RMN.
