Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the daily operations of our office and contribute to the overall efficiency of the workplace.

Duties
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks efficiently
- Coordinate calendar schedules and appointments
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts
- Assist with human resources functions as needed
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Develop and conduct training sessions for office staff
- Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping

Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
