Pete's RV Center is looking for a detail oriented, self-motivated finance manager for our Mountville, PA location. This is a sales driven position, working as a key member of our dealership, the Finance/Business (F&I) Manager routinely collaborates with the Sales team and Service manager in order to maintain leading-edge currency and directly consults with our customers. He/she achieves this by providing a true value-add to the closing support function of the sales life cycle. The ideal Finance/Business Manager is a superior communicator who is expert at building customer rapport and effecting profitable closure for the enterprise. The mission if the Finance/Business Manager is to present and articulate a menu of credit service options to the customer to optimize the transaction, and to also offer product protection choices in support of the purchase.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with lenders
- Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit it to the accounting department promptly
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
- Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products
