This industry-leading, reputable WWTP and Underground Utility Contractor, specializing in wet utilities - water, sewer, and storm, as well as treatment plant construction seeks to invite a Superintendent to join their dynamic team in Eastern Tennessee!

A qualified person for this position will have 7 years of construction experience in underground utilities – water, sewer, and storm. This is a traveling position throughout the region.

Qualifications
- 7 years’ experience in Underground Construction in Pipelines (Sewer, Water, Storm Drains)
- Proven experience in managing projects in the $5M- $10M range from cradle to grave.
- Experience in managing self-perform forces in underground utilities.
- Must be a card-carrying competent person and confined space person.
Responsibilities
- Ability to successfully manage larger scale underground utility projects and/or multiple projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients/owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure they will want to renew the construction experience with our client.
- Manage project cost control.
- Maintain and update a 3 week look ahead schedule for the project.
- Manage subcontractors and equipment/material vendors.
- Manage subcontractor and owner coordination/progress meetings, change order control.
- Resolve major disputes with vendors and subcontractors.
- Plus other unlisted field duties and assignments
