Event Assistant
Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week
Peterson's Harley-Davidson of (North) Miami, FL is looking for an Event Assistant to work on Thursdays to receive food and beverage orders, run errands, etc. for FUN Saturday events. On Saturday you will be busy executing the whole event, along with posting engaging content on social media. The goal of the event is to entertain participants and complete business objectives. Responsibilities - Event Assistant:
- On THURSDAY receive the Instacart event food and beverage order
- Organize fridge/ cart/ equipment for Saturday's event, order ice if needed
- Make sure all event equipment is in good use OR may need to run errands
- Take event tablecloths to the dry cleaner
- On SATURDAY execute the whole event and post engaging content on social media.
- Print flyers and distribute them around the store Saturday morning

- Possible special occasion off-site event work
Qualifications, Skills - Event Assistant:
- Experience is preferred
- Proficient in Google Drive, Outlook, MS Office, Instagram, and Facebook
- Dependable, organized and pays attention to details
- Good communication and multi-tasking skills
- Able to handle stress and remain calm
- Problem-solving ability
