Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative is the center of communication and logistics between the doctor and the client. Performs a range of administrative and customer service tasks, including scheduling and taking payment.

Essential Functions:
- Provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and during high-stress situations.
- Manages lobby flow, addresses concerns, calms distressed owners, and schedules appointments.
- Assists with medication pickups, and routes incoming information to the correct person.
- Inputs and manages data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.
- Assists with processing faxes, and maintaining records.
- Performes open and close duties at times, ensures transitions of phones to overnight call center and back
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and ability to organize files and records
- Excellent customer service skills, providing courteous and prompt assistance
- Accurate cash handling and cashiering abilities
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work at a keyboard or workstation for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, assisting with intake of shipments
- 8-hour shift
