Pevco is seeking a Sales Representative to join the Sales Team in Middle River, MD. A family owned business since 1978, Pevco International Systems designs, manufactures, installs and supports high quality, reliable pneumatic tube delivery systems allowing health care professionals to quickly, safely and reliably transport patient critical materials. Focused on health care, Pevco understands that fast and accurate delivery of pharmaceuticals, specimens and blood products is vital to providing the highest quality patient care.
Summary of Position: The Sales Representative is primarily responsible for consulting with existing and potential customers to gain feedback on product performance in order to determine potential additional services that may raise their level of satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel to health care facilities throughout the country to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Create sales opportunities by evaluating customer needs and providing solutions
- Collaborate with sales management, customer support leadership and system designers to ensure efficient workflows and optimal customer outcomes
- Prepare cost estimates and proposals
- Communicate with customers after project completion to ensure their satisfaction and assure proper operation of equipment
- Follow through and report on potential leads and customer inquiries
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in a CRM database
- Support company participation in trade shows
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of sales techniques and processes

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM systems
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years relatable sales experience
- Experience in health care construction a plus
