Pfeiffer University is seeking to fill various positions as adjunct professors in its Graduate Business Programs. These positions are for one or two courses per semester and are considered part-time positions.
Responsibilities:
- Courses will be delivered 100% online.
- Faculty are expected to spend between 5-9 hours per week in course development, responding to students within the course, replying to email, holding virtual office hours, grading and assessing student performance, and implementing best practices for graduate business education.
- Faculty will also need to interact with the Program Director of the Graduate Business Programs to provide data for program assessment; this information includes student performance as well as information as to how course assignments align with the departments learning outcomes.

- Academically credentialed with a doctorate in a business discipline.
- Industry experience in the following areas:
- Managerial accounting
- Digital marketing
- Financial fraud (with special consideration to those individuals who also have a CFE designation)
- Human Relations and Organizational Behavior
- Organizational Psychology and Change
- Experience teaching online, preferably with 2 years experience in online delivery.
- Proof of completed continuing education in online teaching.
- Critical and creative thinking skills are essential to ongoing success in this position.
