PFS Group, one of the fastest growing national healthcare outsourcing companies, is seeking an* in office HR Assistant* who assists and supports the HR Department with administrative-related tasks including processing pre-hire and onboarding paperwork, filing/scanning into the electronic filing system, and general administrative duties. This position handles sensitive and/or confidential documents and information and must maintain high integrity and confidentiality.

Duties Include:
- Facilitates the application and assessment process for candidates, coordinates interview scheduling for hiring manager(s), sends declination emails to applicants that are not being further considered for employment
- Ensures receipt and accuracy of completed new hire onboarding paperwork and distributes to proper departments (Payroll, HR, Ops, parking, etc.)
- Ensures 8850’s/9061’s are completed and submitted to the Accounting department
- Assists in office administrative duties involving recordkeeping, social media postings, job fairs, and any additional projects
- Assists in New Employee Orientation (NEO) class preparation – creating/printing name cards, NEO packets, supplies and other applicable documents (I9s)
- Scans/files various new hire related documents into electronic filing cabinet; files and removes I9s at termination of employment
- Arrives at work timely with good regular attendance in order to meet needs of the company and HR Department
- Other duties as assigned in our team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and work well with deadlines
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines; must be flexible
- Must maintain confidentiality and be trustworthy
- Prior human resources experience required
- Demonstrated stable work history
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work at the office location – shifts available are either 7-4 or 8-5
Preferences:
- Prior human resources experience (1-3 years)
- Familiar with Adobe Sign
- Knowledge with HR Alliance System
- College Degree (preferred)
