C2 Technical Instructor / Course Developer
Location: Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri
Employment Status: Full-time Regular
Position Summary:
Advancia Government Services (AGS), a federal government contractor, is seeking a qualified Technical Instructor / Course Developer to support instruction within the MSCoE Digital Training Facility (DTF) in accordance with the TRADOC Institutional Digital Education Plan (IDEP). Will provide instruction for Joint Battle Command - Platform (JBCP), Command Post of the Future (CPOF), and Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE) to military personnel of diverse ranks with various experiences and backgrounds to include Senior Leader Course (SLC), Officer Basic Course (OBC), Captain's Career Course (CCC), and Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC) for USAES, USAMPS, and USACBRNS.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform duties as an Instructor for JBCP, CPOF and CPCE to military personnel
- Responsible for Developing, Testing, Maintaining and Delivering training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives; establish course content and objectives and conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
- Prepare Classrooms for instruction
- Ensure computer operations are ready for students and instruction
- Review course instructional materials for correction and updates
- Assist students and demonstrate proficiency during all blocks of instruction.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support and solutions to students.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience working within BDE or BN Staff
- Familiar with Army Digital Mission Command Systems
- Two (2) years instructional experience in a military environment
- Familiar with Microsoft office products
- Ability to provide operator-level training in a classroom environment in accordance with established Training Support Packages (TSP)
- Ability to learn, develop implement new systems as needed
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a Tier 1 investigation that has been favorably adjudicated by the DoD CAF (or locally) for CAC eligibility and network
- Professional communication skills--both written and verbal
