What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Operations Assistant position at Phantom Fireworks?
Phantom Fireworks is seeking candidates for an Operations Assistant. This is an entry level position for a “team player” that can crossover between customer service, sales, marketing, and operations. This position will require a little bit of everything with a professional touch. Someone that can help us customer facing in the field but also possess the computer and phone skills to assist in the office as well.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Must be proficient in the G-Suite specifically Word and Excel.
- Social Media expertise and PowerPoint are an added bonus.
- Candidates who are organized, possess a high energy attitude and are self motivated.
