PHARMCARE USA IN HYDRO IS HIRING A FULL TIME MAINTENANCE PERSON!
The ideal candidate would have electrical, plumbing and overall general maintenance experience. HVac experience is a plus! This position will mostly work around the Hydro and Weatherford area with some travel possible.

We are privately owned and continue to grow each year, providing daily medication deliveries and consulting services to nursing and assisted living facilities as well as hospice residents. - Reports to manager of buildings and grounds to receive day’s assignments.
- Performs simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods.
- Changes light bulbs, may replace fixtures, and does similar minor electrical tasks.
- Opens clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other simple plumbing jobs.
- Does touch-up painting and repaints rooms as required.
- Assists in snow shoveling when needed.
- Mows lawn, removes weeds and brush, and does other unskilled yard work.
- Assists with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed.
- Maintains tools and maintenance equipment in working order and keeps maintenance room, vehicles, and equipment in neat condition.
- Will comply with all Corporate Initiatives and utilize provided tools/resources as appropriate
- Must be a steady, reliable worker.
- Must be able to read simple instructions and follow simple diagrams.
- Must be able to perform simple tasks independently after being given specific instructions.
- Must be able to perform fairly complex maintenance tasks, including electrical work, engine repair, general equipment repair, etc.
- Must have general knowledge of equipment used in the maintenance trades.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and to paint.
- Ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform repairs, use ladders, and perform various types of manual labor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Vision (with correction) sufficient for reading, performing repairs, and painting.
- Ability to work outdoors during extreme temperatures in winter and summer.
