Assignment Currently thru Dec 2024 w/Possibility to Extend or Go Permanent

Top NYC Healthcare Firm is looking for an experienced project coordination/administrative assistant professional to join its Talent Effectiveness Department in Human Resources as a Project Coordinator for a Temporary Assignment currently ending at the end of Dec 2024 with the possibility to extend or go permanent. This is a key role for a self-starter who will provide high-level and diversified project support. You will play a critical role in supporting HR Department Operations, collaborating with Senior Leadership and different departments across the firm.

Hybrid, Full-time Role based in the Tri-state NY Area with Ability to be in the NYC Offices located near Grand Central One to Two (1-2) Days per Week. MUST be Fully COVID and Flu Vaccinated. Full-time (37.5-hrs Weekly); Mon-Fri (7.5-hrs Daily); 9am-5pm (ET). Incredible organization where you feel as though you are "giving back”.

Skills And Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
  • Two Plus (2 ) years of Project Coordination or Administrative Assistant experience.
  • Proven success in collaborating on high-priority initiatives.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills with the ability to interact confidently across all levels.
  • Attention to detail, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong Technical Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Workday, and other collaboration tools.

Position Overview

  • Provide operational support to the Talent Effectiveness Department by coordinating project activities, ensuring meetings are organized, agendas are created, and follow-up items are tracked and completed.
  • Use knowledge Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint to pull reports, analyze data and prepare presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and internal stakeholders, to follow up on tasks, update lists and ensure project timelines are managed.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation ensuring all available information is accessible and current.
  • Schedule meetings for the project team and other meeting scheduling requests as determined by the project manager.
