Job Duties
- Provide direct care for all assigned clients ensuring their safety and security
- Ensure a clean, healthy and hazard-free environment for individuals
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living such as eating, meal preparation, medication, and laundry
- Manage the upkeep of the home
- Do group activities with clients
- Provide proper documentation for each client
- Communicate regularly with house managers
- Be available by cell phone during scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years
- At least 2 years of experience providing Direct Care for Seniors
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must meet all pre-employment requirements including drug screening, and clean background
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to read, write, speak, hear, and understand English fluently
- Must meet certain physical capability requirements
- Ability to work independently and organize work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125.00 per day
