Job Summary:
Seasonal Tractor Operator positions available. Will provide orientation and training. Extended hours during our summer season, to be expected. Seasonal harvest typically lasts ~ 10 weeks between June - August. Must have reliable transportation.
Duties:
- Operation of Tractors and Balers: Safely operate tractors and baling equipment to bale straw efficiently.
- Field Preparation: Prepare fields for baling, ensuring that straw is properly windrowed and ready for the baling process.
- Baling Operations: Conduct baling operations, ensuring bales are compact, uniform, and meet quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on tractors and baling equipment to ensure their optimal performance.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork.
Experience appreciated, however we are willing to train!
