PHILIPPE French Bistro in Fort Collins, CO is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager
to join our team. In this role, you would assist with all FOH and BOH management operational and
administrative needs under the direction of the General Manager. The ideal candidate is an engaged self-
starter, who has a love for creating amazing customer and team member experiences.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire restaurant operation, including FoH and BoH
Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
Greeting and serving restaurant guests* (* This is a working manager position)
Train, coach, and develop team members; ensuring staff follows restaurant standards,
procedures and policies
Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
Ensure team provides prompt, friendly, and accurate service
Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
Requirements/ Qualifications:
2- 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar management role
5 years’ experience as a fine dining server and/or previous manager/supervisor experience
Extensive food and wine knowledge
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused restaurant
TIPS certification
Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize; aptitude for
organization and administrative tasks
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills; ability to positively direct team members
