Job Title

Government Business Leader - Enterprise Informatics (National)

Job Description

In this role, you will lead US Government commercial strategy for the Enterprise Informatics (EI) business within the US and to serve as liaison between the EI NAR organization and the parallel structures within Health Systems Sales (HSS) in North America, including new business development initiatives across Federal and State sectors.

Your role :

  • Develops, updates, deploys and drives the winning commercial strategy for government related offerings within the EI Portfolio in NAR.
  • Coordinates the overall organizational performance (OIT, Sales, Margin and Operational Excellence) of US Government concerns within EI in NAR.
  • Brings together Sales, Services and Marketing to jointly engage and satisfy our EI customers
  • Aligns with HSS government resources-including Agency Business Development Directors, Capture Managers, Gov Enterprise Solutions Architect, Government Contract Managers and GTM teams-to drive optimal outcomes for Philips and the EI businesses
  • Drives customer satisfaction by proper understanding of market evolution and providing the winning sales propositions, based on local needs, followed by optimized portfolio of product, solutions and services.
  • Develops and maintains effective networks to leverage Philips' position, especially towards Key Opinion Leaders at Federal and state institutions.
  • Drives the go-to-market plan, leveraging partners and exploring alternative business models with customers.
  • Leads in building and strengthening the Informatics brand in the government space, ensuring consistent communications, engagement, and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Builds best-in-class public and government relations and optimizes these contacts for commercial leverage.

You're the right fit if you have the following :

  • Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus.
  • 15 years customer relationship management incl. C-Suite engagement
  • 10 years of sales leadership in government healthcare environment
  • Informatics experience
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, successful teams
