Key Accounts Customer Service Specialist (Murrysville, PA)
As the Key Accounts Customer Service Specialist, you will provide customer service support with customers, company sales and / or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions for our Respironics Sleep products division.
Your role :
- Displaying a commitment to quality by following required quality procedures and standard practices.
- Managing customer expectations by thoroughly explaining process, identifying, and mitigating challenges, and establishing clear communication lines.
- Understanding customer needs and providing solutions based on available tools.
- Proactively identify issues and address short term and long-term solutions and search for opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Assist sales account managers in tracking customer metrics and coordinating efforts to assist with customer needs.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, distribution, and remote services to ensure order fulfillment.
You're the right fit if :
- You possess a college degree or relevant training / background experience.
- You’ve acquired 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
- Your skills include excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and good problem-solving skills.
- You’re capable of working autonomously or collaboratively within a team, and proficiently using Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- You can work in a fast paced and possibly stressful environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of Philips Respironics medical and software equipment a plus.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
