What are the responsibilities and job description for the Club Sales Manager position at PHIT?
Position Overview:
The Club Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of front desk staff, membership sales, and training operations. The CSM will handle any account change requests, take on initial training consults, and be the lead example of our core values at the club:
Intent, Integrity, Excellence, and Accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the club
- Drive membership sales to hit monthly goals
- Find and implement creative ways to generate leads and traffic
- Train and develop sales associates and front desk staff to help delegate tasks
- Prospect outside of the club
- I.e. Find and participate in community events at least once per month
- Handle member account requests accordingly including cancellations, upgrades/downgrades, freezes, etc.
- Assist management with Personal Training operations (i.e. quality, customer satisfaction)
- Ensure front desk shifts have sufficient coverage
- Ensure all reports are filled out in a timely manner
- Other relevant management duties, as needed
Requirements
- Monday - Thursday 9am - 7pm, with a 2 hour break (workout, lunch, etc.)
- Friday 9am - 5pm, with a 1 hour break
- Saturdays 9am - 1pm
Compensation:
- Competitive monthly base salary
- 20% commission on every month-to-month membership sold, and 10% commission on any paid-in-full packages sold
