This candidate will have to be able to interact with customers on a day-to-day basis answering any kind of questions, comments, or concerns that an individual might have while being customer friendly in order to uphold our company standards. This ensures the customer has the best experience possible, and this candidate must also be solution-oriented and possess the ability to maintain a positive attitude, to ensure we retain proper customer-to-client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers face to face
- Host different marketing events
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,725.00 - $49,847.00 per year
