Phoenix Conversions, a leading provider of automotive aftermarket accessories and services, since 1987! Is currently seeking a motivated and experienced salesperson to join our team.
As a Salesperson at PCI you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, cultivate relationships with customers, and promote our wide range of automotive products and services

Job Duties:

  • Assisting customers with selecting the proper parts needed to transform their vehicle with the customization they envision for their dream build.
  • Advising customers of additional work needed if issues are found during the installation process
  • Hitting monthly sales targets at both an individual and store level
  • Scheduling installations of parts sold
  • Uses excitement and technical knowledge to sell automotive accessories
  • Uses sales in one accessory category to make other recommendations and sales for corresponding modifications
  • Makes outbound calls & text messages to existing customers to follow up on sales leads (quotes) and close sales
  • Displays professional, courteous demeanor when handling customer chats, calls, and text messages
  • Provides prompt, efficient service to all customer inquiries
  • Takes incoming chats from customers concerning all automotive accessories who are interested in placing orders, inquiring about our products, returning product, etc
  • Answers questions/educates customers, providing purchasing suggestions when necessary
  • Meets performance expectations of the position regarding customer service quality, customer contacts, and revenue targets
  • Notifies Sales leadership team of trends or problems encountered
  • Continues education through company programs to improve their expertise
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask various customer needs situations throughout the workday
  • 2 years of sales experience in the automotive or retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and point of sale systems

  • Consistently provide outstanding customer service to all customers
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all products and services to effectively sell to customers
  • Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to drive sales
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom and work area
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
