We are currently seeking a Part-Time IT Support Specialist that is enthusiastic and eager to be a part of a great culture and growing fast paced environment. This position maintains company laptops and other technological devices, as well as maintain and keep the company cyber-security and server up to date.

Job Summary:

Reports To:

• HR

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems

• Implement and maintain cyber security measures

• Monitor security certificates and company compliance with requirements

• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems

• Install and update company software and hardware as needed

• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items

• Track company laptops and computers

• Create profiles on company laptops for new employees

• Prepare and upload company software systems for new hires

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and employee relation skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Working understanding of IT principles, practices, and procedures.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Education and Experience:

• Have or be actively pursuing a Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, or a related field(s).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT field
