The world's leading supplier of online personalized and promotional products is looking for a talented, full-time IT Engineer / Cloud Admin to join our offices in Fremont, California. You will be also responsible to support and monitor our consumer facing websites, internal business applications, and backend production systems. Required Skills & Experience
- Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Ability to support routine process in personal computer and in-house/cloud server systems
- Set up, monitor, and back up all existing and new systems including Windows Server, Amazon EC2, DNS, and Quickbooks.
- Manage and monitor web sites, API, and order management system.
- Manage and support existing interfaces and processes to ensure proper information flow
- Able to quickly learn existing implementation and adapt to changing environments
- Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with other team members in a dynamic startup culture
- Passionate about staying up-to-date and leveraging new technologies
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in Photoshop and Printing process or programs like Rip, ErgoSoft or Wasatch is a big plus.
- Experience using Amazon RDS, AWS, mysql database management, and familiarity with cloud administration
- Strong organization, planning skills and the ability to multi-task
- Knowledgeable of Ruby on Rails, Angular.js, PHP, Spree Commerce, Woo Commerce, Oodo or ERP will be a big plus.
