Job type: Full-Time, in office Monday – Friday (7:30am – 4:00pm, or 8:00am – 4:30pm)
Pay: $18/hour to start
PhotoFax, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Lead at our corporate headquarters in Hampshire, IL to help maintain our status as one of the national leaders in the surveillance industry. Are you a team player with an outgoing personality that has a good attention to detail? We need you!
PhotoFax, Inc. is a nationwide, woman-owned leader in the surveillance industry. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that has a willingness to learn new skills and help our company maintain our elite status in the surveillance industry. This role requires being able to multitask while utilizing good time management skills in order to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner. The right person for this role should have a friendly demeanor with a positive attitude, be a team player that works well with others and be extremely detail oriented. Experience in an office/administrative role and/or customer service preferred, but not required. We will provide the necessary training for the right candidate!
Responsibilities include:
- Main receptionist responsible for answering incoming calls
- Handling general administrative tasks (this includes using a fax machine, scanner, and phones)
- Provide great customer service to customers and tenants that come to the office
- Maintain a welcoming environment by keeping an organized and tidy work space
- Working with other departments to help complete projects and tasks
- Retrieving mail from the local post office and handling the daily check deposit
- Managing office inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements for this position:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check in the state of Illinois for PERC card
- Reliable transportation (as this is a full time in-office position)
