Job Description
You will be responsible for increasing monthly revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with prospective customers and current clients.
The primary focus of this role is to research, blueprint, and prospect new customers, set appointments, and close new business. Concurrently, you are responsible for account management of new and existing clientele. Your success in this role will be based on quota attainment while continuing to realize all responsibilities listed below. You will Report directly to the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers
- Travel and visit prospect accounts
- Account Management of new and existing clients
- Prospect and close new business month over month
- Conduct sales calls and other activities aimed at achieving sales quota and goals
- Cultivate new and expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities to achieve the sales growth of phx-IT
- Conduct customer focused meetings (monthly/quarterly) to continue retention of clients
- Market phx-IT through networking events, business development platforms and chamber of commerce activities
- Continually learn all aspects, products, programs offered through phx-IT
- Work remotely and at office through direction of immediate supervisor
- Grow, maintain, and report sales pipeline through reports to management
- Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads
Skills & Qualifications
- Positive Self-Starter, ability to cold call without fear of rejection
- Hunter mentality with the skill set to manage, maintain and consistently develop new leads
- Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives
- Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in outside B2B sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- High level of comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated writing skills
- Experience with CRM systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
