Summary:
Come join our amazingly talented staffing team at PIC Group. We are looking for experienced innovative Sourcing professionals who have a knack for details and who are driven to succeed by expanding candidate pipelines through execution of strategic research, sourcing, campaigns, market mapping via multiple sourcing channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- You will work closely with our Business Development Managers, the Recruiting team, and Leadership to ensure successful candidate placement with the client.
- Utilize our state of the art software and search tools to identify potential candidates and associate with specific active search jobs, tear sheets or otherwise add to our ever growing database of talent.
- Demonstrate creative sourcing of candidates and identify recruiting strategies, such as the use of social networking.
- [Proactively manage the candidate sourcing process in a timely and efficient manner, including pre-screening, understanding client needs, manage the applicant flow, and interviewing candidates.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with prospective and qualified clients and candidates via phone, video, and in-person.
- Utilize existing candidates and resources to network and build referrals
- Present a team-focused approach while also possessing the inner drive to stay at the top of your game.
- Work with recruiting and the employee care team to identify priorities for identifying and pre-qualifying candidates
- Drive continuous improvement along with providing direct input to the Recruiting team
- Provide direct support to the Recruiting team by identifying, pre-qualifying, and organizing candidate buckets.
- Advocate Sourcing best-practices to the team and participate and lead sourcing efforts
Job Requirements:
- We are looking for an energetic, results-driven individual with strong search talent attraction skill to join our team in Atlanta, GA.
- The Lead Talent Sourcer will be responsible for searching, identifying, and prioritizing the candidates’ pipeline to ensure the funnels are maintained for recruiters.

Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong knowledge of software programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), applicant tracking systems, database software, web applications and other software skills are required on a regular basis.
- Boolean search skills are a plus but will be taught as required.
Language Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently, be goal oriented and driven to succeed.
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Team Player attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse workforce.
- Managing and prioritizing multiple job searches
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Education / Experience:
- 5 years of sourcing, or recruiting experience within the Power, Engineering, Technology, or Energy space
- Prior Staffing Agency experience is a plus.
